✔ The Maskari® Neck Warmer Snood is made excellent of soft knitted polyester on the outside and soft jersey cotton over the inside of the mouth section to ensure it provides a soft touch as well as some stretchability.
✔ 3 LAYER MOUTH PROTECTION – The Neck Gaiter warmer is 1 layer but the section covering the mouth and nose at the top has been enhanced to 3 layers to offer maximum protection. We have used breathable fabrics to increase air permeability to make wearing them comfortable and breathable
✔ HeiQ TEXTILE TREATMENT AGENTS – The Neck Tube has been made with fabric that is treated with specialist textile agents using intelligent Swiss technology. The main outside body is treated with HeiQ EcoDry which offers water repellence, the middle layer over the mouth and nose section has been treated with HeiQ Viroblock to keep germ-free and the inside layer over the mouth has been treated with HeiQ SmartTemp which helps to keep cool by controlling the temperature and moisture.
✔ ADJUSTER – All our high-quality neck tube snoods come with an adjuster at the back of the snood. This allows you to tighten or loosen the snood to offer a comfortable snug fit for years.
✔ Size and Washable – Our Neck warmer scarfs come in 1 standard size which is 42 cm in height and 26 cm in width. This is the average size and may vary by 1 cm as these are all hand made. There are suitable for most people and can cover from nose to shoulder as a mask to keep your face and neck warm. The treatment agents are tested to last 30 washes (up to 40C) but the neck warmer can be used for longer as non-treated neck warmer. We do not recommend tumble drying them.
We will be unable to accept any returns due to hygienic reasons. Please check the size carefully as we have given full details to ensure that it is the right fit.
If the goods in your order have been damaged or arrived faulty please let the courier company involved know immediately and they will inform us. Alternatively, you can take photographic evidence and send this to us via e-mail with a full description of the order and damages. The next step is to send a letter to inform us of the problem and this must be received within 30 days of your delivery date.
Ecoduka reserves the right to formally assess the situation and make arrangements to replace any products that have been damaged on delivery depending on the severity using our analysis. If EcoDuka decides to further inspect the damaged goods we will personally arrange for a courier to collect the items. Ecoduka will aim to replace any faulty or damaged items within 7 days.
