Frequently Asked Questions

What's your minimum order?

For plain (i.e. non branded) products, there is no minimum order. For bespoke and branded items, it depends on the product and service. Printed stock bags can be purchased from 100 pieces, whereas custom bags can be purchased from 500 pieces. Printed masks can be purchased from 25 pieces, whereas bespoke masks require a minimum order of 5000 pieces. Stock printed coffee cups can be purchased from 100 pieces, whereas custom masks require a minimum order of 1000 pieces.

How many products do you keep in stock?

This will depend on the product. For some items, we hold over 100,000 pieces in stock! For others it will be much less, so please contact our team for any specific stock enquiries.

What's your lead time?

Plain (i.e. non branded) products are delivered between 3-5 working days. Stock printed products have a lead time of 5-10 working days. Custom products, depending on the design, will be delivered from 6 weeks.

Can you print edge-to-edge?

On specific products we offer a custom printed service which includes edge-to-edge printing. These products are:

  • Bags
  • Face masks
  • Coffee Cups

In the future we hope to offer a comprehensive custom printed service, covering a wider range of products (such as aprons, tea towels and cushion covers). So keep checking our Bespoke and Branding page for any updates!

Which file format should I use to send you my artwork?

Please refer to our Artwork Guide.

May I see an example of your printing before I place my order?

We have examples of both stock and custom printed products on our website, so please visit our Bespoke and Branding page. Examples of our products may also be posted on Instagram @eco.duka. If you feel a specific printed product is missing from our site, and would like to see an example, please get in touch with our team.

What are the differences between your various print methods?

Stock Printed

Our stock printed service involves either screen or transfer printing. Screen printing involves a process of pressing ink through a stencilled mesh screen to create a design. Transfer printing is the process of printing a design onto paper or a copper plate and then transferring by a separate process onto the product. Using our stock printed service, you can print on one or two sides of a product. The service is good for clients looking to stamp products (bags, masks etc.) with their company logo or a simple design.

Custom Printed

Our custom printed service involves the bespoke customisation of products to specific requirements. We customise by a variety of methods, including screen printing, transfer printing, Pantone dyed and embroidery. The design can be taken to the edge of a product, if required. Please get in touch with our customer service team for more information.

How much will it cost?

Plain products are priced clearly on our online store. Bespoke and branded products are priced individually, depending on your requirements, so please get in touch with our team for a quote.

Where are products sourced?

These standards ensure that we are not only maintaining social and environmental ethics throughout our entire global supply chain, but are also consistently seeking to improve them.
